However in these times and in view of the ongoing pandemic for mo in the world we would like to communicate with you some special practices that comply with the Greek Governments Instructions and intent to enhance your safety and well-being while catering your needs in the best possible way.
With only 21 rooms divided in 3 Traditional Mansions we are proud to be known for the personalized service we offer to our guests and this is something we will continue doing. Our staff in the majority resides year-round in Andros and stayed safely at home, we have a bonded and knowledgeable team ready to cater you needs. . Every staff member has been equipped with all appropriate protection items according to position and follows the guidelines that are set by the National Health Organization
- Special Practices in Administration and Reception:
We perform cleaning and disinfection in all public spaces with increased frequency; Hand sanitizers have been placed at all areas and team facilities including lobby, dining outlet and reception desk, bathrooms and back- offices. Signage at all public areas, notifying guests of keeping social distance, use hand sanitizers etc.
Elevator, must be used only when necessary. We encourage you to use the stairs. Check-in will be performed on a private basis by appointment and so will check-out. In case of multiple check-ins guests will be guided to an outdoor area for a welcome drink. Check-out time is up to 11am and check-in starts from 3pm. All information like Hotel Directory, Medical Support etc. are in electronic form and will be available in hard copy on request.
- Special Practices in Rooms & Suites:
You will see special signs in the entrance of the room confirming the in-depth cleaning and comprehensive disinfecting of the space using certified products and steam cleaners for all surfaces. All decorative and non-essential items i.e. decorative pillows, extra blankets, coffee makers and kettles have been removed from the rooms but are available on demand. Mini Bars will have available only bottled water and extra items will be delivered upon request. Antiseptics have been added to your room amenities. Daily housekeeping and turndown service is available only on request. Entrance in the rooms for Non-residents is prohibited.
- Special Practices in Dolly’s Restaurant:
Complimentary in-room breakfast is available in the form of breakfast box. Pre-selection of breakfast menu is required. If you would like to have breakfast in our restaurant your preferred breakfast time will have to be booked at least 24h in advance or during check-in. Breakfast hours are 08:00-11:00.
Dolly’s Restaurant is a guest-only space available exclusively for residents and registered members of Micra Anglia loyalty club (with a 24h pre-booking). A la carte dinner with local tastes is available 18:30-21:30.
Restaurant seating will comply with government’s social distancing measures and will be fully enforced, while any snacks offered by the bar will be packaged in individual servings.
All employees in the kitchen use personal protection equipment (masks, gloves, sanitation products) and entrance is strictly allowed to employees only. All food handling will take place following the strict guidelines issued by HACCP.
- Special Practices in Pool area and Spa Facilities:
Cleaning and disinfecting of tables and loungers after every use as per specific hygiene protocols. Sun beds will be fully sheltered with a sanitized cover replaced for every guest. The number of guests allowed in the pool at any given time is specific and will be fully enforced.
Use of footwear until the swimming pool edge is mandatory.
The Hamam and Jacuzzi in the Spa are temporarily unavailable until further notice. For the beauty and massage treatments strict protocols are being implemented regarding hygiene, cleaning and appointment bookings.
- Special Practices in Medical Support for our guests:
Our hotel has an action plan to manage any possible or suspected case of Covid-19 that includes an official representative for health & safety procedures and direct communication with the Health center of Andros situated 180m from the hotel.
- Special Practices in Cancellation polices:
Book & Save option: A 30% payment is required upon booking for this special rate. The booking is changeable but non-refundable.
Full Flexible Option: NO deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation. A 50% deposit will be charged 7 or 14 days prior to arrival depending on the room type.
